Mentoring and Hospitality

While the ultimate mission of the church is to advance the Kingdom of God through preaching, teaching and fellowship, the church recognizes that it is also necessary to have in place specific methods and resources to develop, encourage and place new members into Christian Service.  One of the enduring issues for churches world-wide is the fact that many individuals who join a church either never return or remain in the ministry for a brief period of time.  It is the Mentoring and Hospitality Ministry which undertakes the initial role of acclimating new members to Christianity and the ministry of Northside.
