Usher Ministry
The hallmark of Christianity is service. To be sure, those who gladly participate in Usher Ministry exemplify this Christian ethic.
The Usher Ministry is a crucial part of the worship experience. The duties of Ushers includes, but is not limited to, maintaining order, assisting with seating and other comforts and providing information. In fact, one of the most impactful things an Usher does is warmly greet worshippers and thereby help to create an inviting atmosphere. Ushers effectively meet the needs of the church body during all church services and must be individuals who have pleasant attitudes, love people and who are attentive.
Northside maintains a highly trained and responsive staff of adult and youth ushers.
"I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness."
